This is the first lesson in a series about creating good government. The presentation provides a brief historical overview of how deficiencies in the language of our national Bill of Rights have allowed our government to become corrupted, and how we can correct these deficiencies by adding a Bill of Political Rights to our county public charters. Amending our county public charters in this manner is far easier to achieve than amending the Constitution, but will have the same legal force and effect, and will lay the legal foundation for empowering we the people to properly exercise our public powers to enforce public accountability, eliminate public corruption, reverse unconstitutional policies, and establish ourselves as the ultimate policymakers guiding our government and controlling its outcomes.
